 Booking
A deposit of 25% is
payable on booking, with the balance due 28 days before arrival. For
bookings made 28 days or less before arrival the full amount is
payable on booking. In addition to the cottage rental fee we ask for
a security deposit of £100, also payable 28 days before arrival.
The security deposit will be returned by post subject to a
satisfactory inspection after your departure.
Provisional bookings
are held for a maximum of 7 days (14 days for overseas visitors),
and becomes firm on receipt of the 25% deposit and booking form.
Once a booking has
been confirmed the client is responsible for the total advertised
price of the property, even in the event of cancellation. If a
booking is cancelled every effort will be made to re-let the
property, and if successful, we will refund the full booking fee and
security deposit. It is strongly recommended that the client takes
out holiday cancellation insurance.
Hire Period
Bookings are from
3.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.
Alteration to these timing are by prior arrangement only. Rentals
are normally Saturday to Saturday, we do however, offer mid week and
long weekend breaks in the mid and low seasons.
